Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.
Returns
All of these products are selected with care, created with love and added to our shop thoughtfully. We hope you treasure your goodies, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer store credit for returns of select items. Please note prior to ordering which items may be exchanged and which are final sale.
- Orders may not be cancelled by the customer after checkout. Please complete the steps for return request.
- Clothing items sold at 25% off or more are final sale.
- Earrings, jewelry and accessories are final sale.
- Digital products and downloads are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the product.
- Prints and illustrations are final sale.
- Market and pop-up purchases are final sale.
- Returns for qualifying items may be made within 14 days of order delivery for unworn, unwashed items in new condition. No clothing with tags removed or signs of wear will be accepted.
- Returns will be made in the form of store credit only. Exchanges may be made if alternate size desired is in stock.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to jami@30amama.com with your name, order #, items requesting return or exchange and reason.
- Once approved, we'll email you a pre-paid return label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
- Pack your item(s) and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package.
- If you are including items from multiple orders please list all order numbers and include them in the package.
- Mail your package using your closest USPS location. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.
- Returns must be mailed within 10 days of receiving the return label or option to return/exchange is forfeited.
- Once received and reviewed, refunds and exchanges will be made and we'll email you a confirmation. We typically process this in 2-3 business days.
How do I receive my store credit for qualifying items?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If your order is returned in new, original condition, your refund will be processed and issued as a store credit.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable and as such, you will not receive a credit for the original cost of shipping nor the cost of return shipping. This will be deducted from your credit during return processing.
